Brisbane

Our time in Brisbane was to investigate potential places to live, catch up with Em and check out the general vibe. Brisbane is a smaller, relaxed city and we had a wonderful time visiting the markets and walking around exploring!

We were able to enjoy the final night of Riverfire – Brissy’s annual festival – which included a huge fireworks display and flyovers from jets and helicopters.

We spent a few days exploring the Sunshine Coast and Rainbow Beach.

Then it was time to turn around and head south…
